Practice Members

Stephen Lamb, M.D.

Dr. Lamb, a native of Southern California, completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. He graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1981. His residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at U.C. San Diego. He then practiced in San Diego, California, and Pendleton, Oregon, before moving back to Utah in 1998. His professional interests include high-risk obstetrics, laparoscopic surgery and infertility.

He is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He joined Millcreek Women's Center in 2000.

He and his wife are the parents of six children and six grandchildren. He is the co-author of the best-selling book on sexual intimacy, Between Husband and Wife.

Susan T. Horvath, M.D.

Dr. Horvath is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and also a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her bachelor's degree from Brown University with a double major in Economics and Organizational Behavior, and her medical degree from the University of Illinois.

Dr. Horvath completed her internship and residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, where she was voted Outstanding Resident in Obstetrics. "I enjoy the field of OB/GYN because of the diverse care I can provide to women. From annual exams and contraception, to prenatal care and delivery, to menopause and hormone replacement, as well as any special needs that may arise which require medical management or surgery."

Dr. Horvath has four children and her husband is a professor in Biology at the University of Utah. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, playing tennis and being a soccer mom.

Jennifer C. Kinghorn, M.D.

Dr. Kinghorn was born and raised in Orange County, California. In 1991, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a BS degree in Biochemistry. After college, she worked in both California and Utah as an Analytical Chemist. During that time, she also served a mission for the LDS Church in Warsaw, Poland.

After working in her industry, she decided to pursue a career in medicine as a physician. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2000 and started residency at the University of Oklahoma in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After two years in Oklahoma, she had the opportunity to return to the University of Utah where she completed her residency in June of 2004. She is very glad to be a part of the Millcreek Women's Center.

She and her husband, Alan, are busy raising their four small children. They enjoy spending time with them as well as their extended family and friends. They also love being outdoors and traveling.

Camille Stevenson, M.D.

Dr. Stevenson, a native of Ogden, Utah, joined Millcreek Women's Center in 2009. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Utah in Women's Studies and Biology. She continued at the University of Utah for medical school, graduating in 2004.

Her residency was completed at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Her professional interests include preventative care, adolescent gynecology, and incontinence issues. Dr. Stevenson has extensive training in minimally invasive surgery.

She and her husband, Erik, have two children. Dr. Stevenson enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time with family.

Andrea Smith, M.D.

Dr. Smith has special interests in gynecologic surgeries and in particular, laparoscopic surgeries, which includes laparoscopic hysterectomies and other minimally invasive surgeries. Dr. Smith has also instituted the office based procedures at Millcreek Women's Center for permanent treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding using the Novasure endometrial ablation procedure and permanent contraception using the Adiana tubal occlusion procedure.

When Dr. Smith is not working, she enjoys many of the outdoor activities Utah has to offer including hiking, biking and skiing.

Anneli Williams, PA-C

Anneli Williams joined Millcreek Women's Center in 2006. She is originally from Arizona and received her bachelor of science in microbiology from Arizona State University. She graduated from the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program in 2005.

Anneli is married and has one son. When she is not working, her hobbies include distance running, horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her family.
